I have just checked. My PC do support Gigabit NIC (up to 1Gbps) and I am currently using ethernet Cat 5e
your BQM is very similar to mine which is usually between 6 and 10pm although it started at 4pm yesterday.(never had a problem in 10 years of online gaming)
everyone at virgin says everything is fine on their end and they neglect the fact that i have even posted a BQM on my thread.
My problem started in December and it is coming to the point where i think the only option for me is to change ISP but the only thing i will miss at this point is the download speed......
