frequent high ping issues and past disconnects

Been experiencing frequent fluctuations in ping along with packet loss and sometimes slows in download speeds as well as loss in connection. Have tried resetting the router numerous times however the issue persists. Currently using a wifi booster to connect pc through ethernet but the problem appears to be on all devices connected through wifi, ethernet straight from the router is not an option with the current setup. Would appreciate any help.
