Hi guys, I have just upgraded from an Xbox One X to an Xbox Series X as I kept getting disconnects from VM, I assumed that this was due to the Xbox being 9 years old and having technological issues, but the problem persists with the new Xbox Series X, I believe we have a HUB 5 and it is connected via Ethernet, it only happens with the Xbox… any help would be greatly appreciated as my little boy gets booted from his Fortnite/COD games frequently for no apparent reason

How are you connecting, wired or Wifi. Wired would be best, even if you had to use powerline adaptor.
