Xbox Series S - Keep getting kicked out of games

For some reason, when playing games online, I regularly get kicked out of online games and lobbies.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare - kicked out of lobbies and games:

'You must have an active network connection to play xbox live matches'

FIFA 21 - keep getting disconnected from EA servers

Fortnite - message about connectivity shows during the game and I am unable to move

I've tried to reset my modem, forwarded all of the relevant ports, connected my xbox to my modem via an ethernet cable and nothing seems to work, I can't get through to Virgin Media because their phone lines are constantly overwhelmed.

Here's a screenshot of the network statistics, taken from remote play on my iPad

Hello

If you look around on the internet you will find this is a widespread issue and not just with Virginmedia there seems to be a lot of fixes on many Microsoft forums, https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=xbox+s+keeps+dropping+network

Please login to the Modem with a browser - 192.168.0.1

1: Change the Wifi Name's for 2.4ghz and 5.0ghz (You can use the same passwords)
Advanced Settings -> Wireless -> Security

2. Tick Disable Channel Optimization -> Photo of router Wifi setup can be seen on the first post on this thread:
