Xbox Connection Issues

Hi, over the last 3-4 weeks I have been having some issues with my network. Normally my latency on my Xbox One is around 30-50ms according to the detailed network statistics on the console but recently when conducting the test it often shows upwards of 265ms. This is coinciding with the fact that I am disconnecting from Xbox Live party chats and in some games my ping spikes to 2000-3000ms according to the information on the screen. However, these events are somewhat sporadic but not rare.

I'm unsure if this is being caused by the fact that everyone is at home a lot more these days due to Covid and this is causing strain on Virgin Media's end or if perhaps I'm needing a new router. Also as an extra bit of info, I have a wired connection to my xbox via a TP Link adapter and sometimes I received high rates of packet loss up to 47%.

I'm so sorry you are having these issues with your connection, having looked into your account I can see there are a few issues showing with your Hub, for this reason I have booked you out an engineer.
