XBOX One connection constantly dropping

Hi,

Just joined Virgin at a new property and am having huge issues with playing online with XBOX One. Never had any problems at my old address with TalkTalk, but constantly disconnects at the moment. Really frustrating as I play online every night with my son.

Is there any tests I can run and post the results for someone to have a look at?

EDIT - forgot to say, the XBOX is connected via ethernet cable directly to the Virgin router, doesn't use WiFi.
