I know there is a threads for this already but I wanted to post this on the main my own. I have been having these disconnections for a while now and more often than not, I cannot play for no longer than an hour without being booted out of the game while raiding or doing a dungeon, . I am on a wired connection and I have looked at my drivers, addons, fresh install, etc etc. Followed several guides on youtube and opened tickets to Blizzard with no joy. I'm hoping someone can at least tell me what the actual issue is and if there's any way I can fix it. I
I am also having these random disconnects when on World of Warcraft, I have pasted the trace route from one of the European servers below. Latency in game tends to hover around 20-25ms mark.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Blizzard has been in touch and ask from extra information. So waiting to hear back from them. They suggested to use a proxy or VPN while waiting. I have had WoW on for 12 hours straight using the VPN, not a complete solution but playing with no dc's
If we check this test result, we can see that you have two irresponsible routers within your ISP network and some light latency spikes around "perr-core-2a-xe-203-0.network.virginmedia.net" and "86.85-254-62.static.virginmediabusiness.co.uk" while this might not directly indicate that your ISP has some problems, it is something to be looked into. At this stage, I would suggest you contact your ISP and if they need to run any tests, please, send them this link: https://battle.net/support/article/27780 Now, when we're all quarantined and sitting at home, everyone might experience some difficulties with their connection. I guarantee you that we're doing everything we can with our partners to keep it under control but sometimes it can be outside of our scope of support. However, if you believe and you have tests where it is clear that the issue is on our side - please create a topic via our forums where other players from your region or your ISP might add some valuable information for the issue to be resolved.
I posted this 3 weeks ago and I that these are troubled times can someone from Virgin please address this
