 Here’s a Uotrace attached. Basically in my old house I never had any problems like this when playing Fifa. Now I’m disconnected every 10/15 mins. Just been put on virgin in new house. Any help please

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode. Log in, select the 'Advanced settings / Tools / Network status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).

Create a BQM and post the live link.

HUB stats look ok, downstream power levels a touch low but in spec.

The BQM may show congestion, or other issues with the line.

I've just set up that BQM thing. Online multiplayer work fine on other games but not fifa since i moved house last week. Same equipment used and all settings the same. Fifa worked fine at old address. TBH the engineer who came to install seemed pretty clueless as to any technical questions. He even said the internet was working when it clearly was not
