Warzone Lag

Hi,

 

Having constant issues on my line where I get random drops on Warzone, it could be happening across multiple devices but it seems to be most common when gaming. I'm wired into the PC but still having the issue. It doesn't just kick me off the game I'm also disconnected from party chat/discord when this occurs. Wondering if somebody could help?

I have located your account and your hub is unreachable, can you please ensure it is switched on and not in modem mode so we can run further tests

Hi Dean, thanks for your reply,

I have checked your upstream and downstream levels, everything looks fine, if you could can you please set up a BQM graph so we can look at the packet loss

It’s worth noting the issue I have on warzone is usually Packet Burst or complete drop on connections. It would make sense that packet loss is a factor in the problem. I’ve just tried absolutely everything I can think of on my end to resolve it 🙂

Keep it running 24 hours and see what results from he has.

Are all other games okay when you play or is it just warzone?

If I’m honest I’ve not played many other online games for long enough to notice. But as my Xbox party chat app drops too I assume it’s a broadband issue
