For the past week or so I am having regular disconnects in World of Warcraft, every 30 minutes or so, which when playing with friends and/or raiding is becoming quite the annoyance.
I have ran ping tests against blizzard's servers, used WinMTR and none of these are displaying any packet loss at all.
I have removed all addons etc and any custom code that may be running through other addons and nothing seems to work.
This is the only game I am having issues with.
Any guidance or support is appreciated.

Hi
My appologies as well for hijacking someone else's thread, but my problem appears to be the same in that WoW disconnects every 30 minutes or so.I'm also getting these disconnects when working from home via VPN.
I've downloaded WinMTR, but have no idea how to use it. Is there a guide somewhere?
Appreciate any help you can offer.

No idea what it means. Was also thinking of asking for the new SuperHub 3 in the hope it would resolve my issues, but can't see anywhere on MY Virgin Media where or how to request one.
Many thanks

Hi, like the above sorry to hi-jack, however I have been experiencing this same issue since the launch for WOW classic with the generic WOW51900319 disconnect code. I have followed all the guidance blizzard provide, flush DNS, I've reset the router still using superhub2ac here. I should have though to look for other virgin users experiencing this before now and just by chance came accross this in a Google search. I really want to get to the bottom of this, I hope the below helps you you need me to do more please let me know, thanks:

Hi Beowoof,
Can I ask if you've tested your network for any faults in your area and also to the connection to your own property? If only to rule out the possibility of that being the issue. You can do so
You can do this here . Once you've tested for area faults, if none are showing, this is when you can test your own connection and book a technician if required. Can I also ask if you're experiencing the disconnects when connected to an ethernet cable? We can look into replacing your existing hub with a Superhub 3.
Please do get back to us.

Hi Lee_R
I've checked the service status in our area frequently in the past during the lifespan of these issues, and it always came up good.
I raised a seperate topic for this which has already been dealt with to a degree...link below:
https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Gaming-Support/Warcraft-Frequent-Disconnects/td-p/3928236
It was suggested I request the new HUB3 which I've done. It's expected to arrive on Monday, so will keep you guys updated and report any further issues.

Hey Papous15,
Thanks for your comment and I can see you have only recently joined the community; welcome!
Sorry to hear you have been suffering from the same broadband issue. I've had a look at your account from here and can see that your 5Ghz WiFi band is disabled, I was just wondering if there was a particular reason for this? As this may be causing some issues with connected devices that are closer to the router due to them being on the 2.4Ghz incorrectly.
If you can tell me a little bit more about the issues you're experiencing and whether wired/wireless devices are affected that would really help us diagnose where the problem lies and how we can fix it for you.
Many thanks,
Beth
