WORLD OF TANKS disconnects from server

Hello

I'm experiencing an issue with WoT with constant disconnection from the server in the end of the battle. Spoken to WoT tech support, checked and tested lots of things. Another test proofed it is a my local provider fault. Issue never comes when playing via VPN, only on direct connection. Same issue with any of WoT servers. 

WoT tech support suggests route from my hub to the WoT servers can be changed to solve the issue and minimise pings

 

Any ideas how to get this sorted?

Update for you, 

A virgin media technician came round today. They boosted our weak signal and installed a superhub 3 . All is working well now and we’re also hitting the speeds our package is meant to have. Thank you for helping us with this issue. I’ve found this community forum a better place to raise issues than phoning or emailing VM . Thanks again and hope people on this forum get this sorted also.

I am really sorry to hear you're having this issue recently. Is it ongoing today? If so, are you noticing any disconnection issues when playing other games or using other devices for other means?

Thank you for that information. I have taken a look on our side and located your account. 

I have checked out your levels on our side and everything is showing as it should be. 

Can you confirm if this on a Wired or Wireless connection?

Did the WoT tech support advise anything more specific?

Tried both connections wired and wifi - always same issue. But never fails on mobile internet or VPN

WoT support tested their servers and game client, didn't find any faults. WoT support asked to try to change route to their servers and test for any changes

Thanks for reaching back out to us, I have had another look our end and as advised by Martin there are no issues at all, is this the only Game you have issues with, have you tried playing on another device do you face the same issue?

WoT is only one online game I play

WoT support asked to change route to they servers because client fails only on VM connection as I mentioned earlier. Could this be done for test?

am having this issue as well and doing a lot of googling and reading its a lot of virgin media users as well, some have said using a vpn has helped but honestly this shouldn't be needed.

Yeah same issue for me aswell, vpn has fixed the issue but its silly that we are having to use a vpn for this problem. All other games are fine but world of tanks.
