Whenever I try to play Xbox One with wired connection it states I have 216mbs speed, 0% packet loss etc. however I have horrific lag spikes every 20-30 seconds & it makes games unplayable. I also can't use WIFI as even though I'm paying for 200mbs, I get about 4mbs over WIFI...
Really not happy with Virgin at the moment.
