Around the start of the lockdown I've started having occasional days with very bad Latency, most multiplayer games have become unplayable and sometimes even youtube/spotify stops or the quality would go potato breifly. But recently, the last two week its constant pings are flying allover the place, from lows of 4ms to highs of almost 4000ms.
I'm hoping someone from their team can find this hand help out, Looks like a common issue with the VM network ATM and if they cant fix it then hopefully they will let me end the contract so I can get FTTC installed, working over remote desktop for work is pushing me over the insanity line 🙂 Call centre is never that helpful, especially if I need to provide them the above info.
Been almost a week since posting, and I have called in to have this checked, I was told that a "Fault" existed and I was affected by it... No mention of the fault id and the email/text message that was meant to be sent with the fault so I could keep an eye on it never arrived. 😞
Any chance someone from the forum team can send me a PM so I can get more info on whats going on?
