Valorant constant packet loss

Hello users,

I've been playing Valorant for a while on Virgin media services, but in the past 2 weeks the game has been UNPLAYABLE because of packet loss that range from 10% to 30% ( accordingly to the ingame tool ), contacting Riot games they pinned it down to an ISP problem, but running the "check your status" service it signal a fault in my area, but then the service status does not. How is possible to resolve this issue? I've just set up a BQM, but even if it's just fetching the data you can see the packet loss.
