Hi I am wondering if someone can help me. Iv been having awful internet for the past 6 months. And playing on my PlayStation is near enough impossible with the latency and lag I’m getting. I did monitor my internet with thinkbroadband. And was hoping someone can help me with what’s going on.

Re: Unusable internet

What area are you ??

Is your PS wired or Wifi ??

My area is fine for PS4 and PC, both are wired connection.

Running on 1Gbps VM service with SH4 in Modem Mode, with a ASUS RT-AC5300 router. With this setup I get Fantastic WIRED and WIRELESS Signals in my home. I dont work for VM. But I work in IT, and I know my tech.
My advice is at your own risk. If you are happy with my answers please press Kudo ?

This looks like a fairly typical heavy usage area... quiet all night when no one is using it and laggy during the day when under load.

you should log it with vm, but I wouldn’t expect a quick fix. They may give you a fault reference and a date but these are estimates and quite often slip. If it’s a big problem for you then the best option is to seek an alternative supplier.
