Unstable Latency on Hub 3

Hi there,

I've been having unstable latency with my M350 Virgin internet using the Hub 3. This is preventing me to work, as my company uses PCoIP and VoIP to connect to their servers and computers in LA. They have done a lot of tests on their side and they say my internet is not stable enough. There are a lot of latency instability, however download speeds are not an issue.

Please could someone shed a light on the issue.
