For the last couple of days I have been getting disconnects from WoW and generally high pings.
I ran WinMTR to the WoW server IPs and am seeing packet loss on the VM network portion:
I've performed a restart of all my equipment but it doesn't make any difference.
I previously had issues in June 2020 and an engineer was sent out. He moved my connection in the street box but also advised the cabling in my street was very old and subject to degradation in performance as it was due for replacement.
I don't much relish the prospect of trying to convey this to your 1st line customer support in India as spending an hour or more on the phone, when I finally get though, is not a pleasant way to spend an evening. Is there anything that can be done?
