Unable to play on my Xbox Series X due to latency

Hi -

For a couple of months now I have had real bad latency issues with Virgin Media M200 Fibre. 
It is impossible to play any online games. I have had the Xbox One X and now Series X and it is impossible to play Call of Duty, Fifa, Warzone etc.

Having reported this to Virgin, they advised to use Ethernet cable (I use cat7 cable), reset the hub 3, etc.

I've literally tried everything, as you can see on the graph, the connect gets better during unsociable hours. This is clearly a capacity issue.

How do I get help for this?

Area I live in is LE12.

Your BQM shows oversubscription in your area.

Not much you can do until VM update the local infrastructure to cope.
