Unable to Upgrade via Online Account

Hi there,

I am due to upgrade my package, however, I cannot do this online and I cannot get through to the upgrade team on the phone. I was just wondering if there is any other way I can do the upgrade or even get my online account fixed to allow me to upgrade?

You best bet is to call em first thing 8am via land line or mobile.

Have you considered other options before upgrading, an upgrade will simply make download speeds faster.

If your using a broadband upgrade to increase download speed then go ahead and re try the chat on a laptop

If your using a broadband upgrade because your current latency is an issue, think twice before upgrading. An alternative ISP may be a better option.
