URGENT: Xbox conflicting with hub4

Xbox started to kick me offline. I have the console & hub4 set to automatic which has worked fine until today. After reading virgin help pages, I think I'm trying to do port forwarding from xbox to hub4 & having trouble.

What is the local IP - xbox or hub4?

What do I put in the boxes for local start port & local end port & externals of the same?

What do I set everything else to?

 

Am I doing the right thing, or is there a simpler fix?

How often are you getting kicked? is it from a specific game or on all games?

Are you still online when you get kicked or does the connection still drop?

What cosole are you running Xbox one, One X or Series X?

Is it a wired connection or wireless?

Youd shouldnt need to use any port forwarding for gaming on consoles.

Have set router back to auto now

If its just one game then it could be CODs servers?

It could also be a NAT issue? If you can, id buy a third party router and put the VM router in Modem mode.

I have a Series X wired and my son has a PS4 running on the wireless and the connection is great - If you want a good gaming expreinece you need to ditch VMs router.

No issue on COD!
