You should be using a business line if you are using it for income.
You can't use the excuse 'This is now affecting my income' subscribing to a home broadband service!
Mate, my work uses a Virgin Business line and we've had whole days with dropped connections. I live very close to my work so whenever I have problems at home, my line at work had problems too. That whole debacle in 2018/2019 where there was a whole months worth of packet loss in the London area affected both my work and home and they did diddly to fix it. As far as I can tell, Virgin Business and Virgin Home are the exact same product with one offering expedited support which just means you have a direct line to them but that doesn't influence how long it takes to resolve it even though they say otherwise.
One a more positive note, it seems to have resolved itself mostly. Quality at 80ish is okay but I am still getting a handful of dropped frames. Nowhere near as bad as the 30% prior.
