Twitch Connection Collapsed at 2.50pm Today (12/05/2020)

At approximately 2.50pm today VM connection to all European ingest servers for the Twitch service fell off a cliff.
Seeing massive packet loss and a significant array of connection issues across multiple devices and streaming software.
Too early to tell exactly what is going on but it would appear to be VM linked as the service is not affected on a BT connection.
Any known issues with routing to the Twitch servers and/or throttling to that service given the lockdown?

My internet completely died at this time, I've got no access other than tethering.

Problem is continuing. Erratic and extremely poor connections to all Twitch EU ingest servers including both London servers.

I really hope I am not going to have to spend 2+ hours a day on these boards like last time before someone starts listening and gets in touch with the CEO team. I can seriously do without that debacle again.

Here is the latest result for all EU servers. Appalling connectivity and real life upload to the servers is worse than I have ever seen it. 

Issue persists at the time of posting 7.00pm

I take that back. I actually did not think it was possible for this service to sink to these levels of performance.

I am gobsmacked this is happening yet again and worse than ever.

Hi Stormwatcher, 

Already done that and also running in modem only.

As you say, yours is what it SHOULD look like. Now compare that to mine. This is getting beyond a joke now. It took over 3 months to even have the problem acknowledged last time and constant liaison with their CEO team was the only way to get it resolved. This is even worse and yet VM Phone Support seem to think there is no issue.

Issue has persisted throughout the evening and now makes Twitch connections impossible to maintain.

We've also done all the work and testing for you. Unlike last time which was an issue with the local exchanges and hardware specific resulting in predictable and cyclic package loss this time it is directly upload speed related. Essentially real world (and not pointless monitoring tools such as Ookla) are showing upload speeds varying from between 0.6Mbps through to 6Mbps. Typically stabilising in the low 2-2.5Mbps. That should be closer to 30Mbps.

Requesting both a response and expected resolution date.

24 hours since I reported massive issues with upload speed and no response as of yet. I have double checked DM's here but nothing available as of yet. No response from Twitter or from Phone Support either.

Looks like we are in for another long haul....
