Recently on my Xbox one it’s really started to lag and been unplayable. It’s been fine for the last 2 years and only been a problem recently. I’ve done a BQM but not sure what it’s telling me. Only problem is through the Xbox one.
What that image is telling you is "must try harder". That's the sample screenshot for Thinkbroadband's quality monitor page, and shows a VDSL (Openreach) connection anyway.
Post a link to a shared, live graph. Then we'll see what's going on. Chances are that it's an over-utilisation problem due to all the home working, schooling and higher leisure use of the internet, and there's no fix other than the end of lockdown. But that's a guess until we see the BQM.
