T3 Timeouts, internet loss connection, high packet loss

Hi, since December i have a lot of errors in my Touchstone Event Log + so many uncorrectables.

Everyday internet drops for a few minutes sometimes less, same with TV (No Signal error). I called my ISP 3 times but they only replaced splitter and modem and still the same issue, they don't know what is going on.

And who is your ISP?  That doesn't look like the log from any Virgin Media cable hub that I've seen, and if it isn't Virgin Media, there's probably no one round here would be able to advise on the configuration, because that's down to the other standards and equipment that the ISP deploy, which may well differ from the published DOCSIS standards.
