Hi all,
I recently had issues with packet loss, especially when playing games. I have 1Gb speed, so I plugged my Ethernet cable into the 2.5gb port instead and now all my packet loss is gone, so it appears to be fixed. Does anybody know why this would be?
Thanks

I assume your device has a 1Gbps Ethernet port?
Doesn't really make sense to me, unless that specific port is faulty.
Try one of the other 1Gbps ports.

According to the superhub 5. All the other ports are 1gb. I had the same issue with my superhub 4. I had it replaced with the 5. No clue as to why this has fixed it

I was asking if your device is 1Gbps.
Yes, there is only one 2.5Gbps port on the HUB 5.
