Superhub 4 Port Forwarding

Hi there, I am in the Hub 4 settings and creating rules to portforward for 25565 to 25565,

however when completing the rule and clicking enabled: https://prnt.sc/1qhp6wj

It then comes up showing here: https://prnt.sc/1qhp88j Showing it as not enabled?

I click enable and save changes then the rule just dissapears! : https://prnt.sc/1qhp99q

This is really frustrating and I have not had this issue before with Virgin Media previous routers before the Superhub 4

VM don't support port forwarding so how are they to check and just take the word of the one doing the firmware.

use hub in modem mode for all traffic and get a router with 1Gb ports.

it does work try a factory reset and you should be all good had the same thing
