Re: Streaming to Twitch dropped Frames

Your upstream power levels are quite high, closer to the higher level of acceptable.

The thing that concerns me is the large number of 'Pre RS' and 'Post RS' Errors, as well as the T3 timeouts, on all upstream channels.

When was the last time the HUB was rebooted, which should reset the errors to '0'?

You probably require an engineer to investigate further.

I would say it’s been a week or two since the last reboot.

Re: Streaming to Twitch dropped Frames

Occasionally the errors do not reset when rebooted.

Please can you reboot, when you get chance, and check if all the errors reset to '0'?

If those errors built up over a two week period there is certainly a problem with the line.

I'd suggest that the reboot proves that all the previous errors were within two weeks, which is not a good sign.

Re: Streaming to Twitch dropped Frames

I also have had issues the last week with dropped frames whilst streaming no change to settings.

I did play around last night and instead of letting steam labs auto pick the bitrate I enforced directly to 6000 and changed the encoder setting. This seems to have fixed the issue so far. Not that I should have needed to do that.
