I'm trying to stream and it seems that my connection is having issues with doing that. I get around 550mb down and 40mb up, I'm trying to stream at 8000kbps and the bitrate when going live is dipping as low as 2000kbps. I've seen it's a problem a few other people have had on the forum but the fixes that have been recommended just aren't working at I'm at a loss. I wouldn't have thought 40 up would have an issue streaming at 8000kbps considering I've done that when I was with TalkTalk on 17mb up.

It doesn't matter if I try and stream to Twitch or to YouTube, the same issue happens. It isn't my hardware as I'm not dropping frames, I'm skipping frames.

Any help please?

I am very sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced when streaming to both Twitch and YouTube. 

I have taken a look from our side and can see you have some new equipment due to be delivered. Can you please let us know if you see any improvements once you have this up and running?
