Please check your SamKnows enabled device is turned on and connected to the internet.
It's been this way since an engineer replaced the Hub4 router a couple of months back. Can this be enabled on the Virgin side please ?
Are you using the hub 4 in modem only mode ?, as the realspeed will not work.
No, it is set to router mode (I just checked to be certain).
