Rubber banding / high latency / possible packet loss?

Hi there, I've been experiencing a lot of issues regarding ping/packet loss over the last couple of weeks. When I am playing any online game i.e CSGO, valorant, LoL my connection will go from stable to extremely laggy. This causes me to teleport back after walking somewhere or just run in the key I was pressing direction - which is very annoying in an FPS.

Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

- by the way I have gig1, hub4 and ethernet to my pc
