Return of lag spikes and packet loss (GL Area)

Been noticing the return of lag spikes and packet loss recently in the Cheltenham area. There is a spattering of packet loss shown on my think broadband BQMs, similar to what I saw when major problems occurred in 2018 (see my post history for details). These problems went unacknowledged for weeks for a large amount of customers, and I hope we aren't about to go through the same thing again. Mostly playing WoW at the moment, so not had chance to test it with any other online games. I am constantly getting intermittent lag spikes, causing the game to become irritating to play and downright unplayable at times. Anybody experiencing the same?

Signed up just to post in here.

Recently signed up to the 200Mb package mid January, over the past few weeks there have been numerous occasions where I'm receiving huge lag spikes on PC (with wired connection) on overwatch. Showing a lot of packet loss and ping is jumping to 250ms.

My BQM Graph

In the Cheltenham area too!

GL51 Cheltenham

Since Wednesday 04.03.20 got tons of timeouts, packet loss like 5-10 every minute

games are unplayable

thanks virgin for your super broadband

just please don’t tell me to factory reset this bugged hub 3.0 or reboot it or check my firewall or my Ethernet cable - this won’t help as this fault is on your side

hope you will fix this crap asap

Re: Return of lag spikes and packet loss (GL Area)

Well we are 2.5 hours into the working day and no response yet. Can we get some acknowledgement please? We are not interested in calling an outsourced support line to have them put us through the usual pointless script. This is a virgin side problem, just like it was last time.
