Hello, for the past month or so I've been getting the occasional ping spike, but for the past couple of weeks, it has been a regular occurrence. It tends to happen from roughly 9pm onwards, and seems to settle down around 2-3am.
This has caused a lot of issues when playing games, because of the spikes causing too much latency or disconnecting me.
I'm using the Hub 3 in modem mode connected to an ASUS RT-AC86U router.
The ping spikes happen on devices connected via ethernet and Wi-Fi.
Looking to get some support on this issue or if someone from Virgin Media can confirm it is an issue in my area.

I will also post the log from the modem as soon as I can, there seem to be issues accessing the settings right now.
