Re: Regular packet loss on 1Gbit connection

Hi RichyD,

My apologies for the delayed reply. I've taken a look in the background and can see a potential issue with the network. I've contacted the field managers for your area for more information advice and I will be in touch soon.

Kind regards,

Re: Regular packet loss on 1Gbit connection

Hi Virgin,

So whatever you did for a while sort of resolved the problem. However you have made a change on your network again, and I am now experiencing packet loss effecting gaming (and work video confercing but I care about the gaming). Just when it is a long weekend coming up.

This is a snapshot from Monday:

Which shows the regular yellow heartbeat spike that was the change that you applied on 7th Feb.

I will put the live link up:

I don't know when/if these URL's will work; I've never had anything but trouble with these Virigin forums.

As you can see, as of a few days ago you've stopped that 'heartbeat' and now I have problems again. I do not know what the resolultion is as you couldn't be bothered to email me.

I also have a letter from Virgin with my 8 week's case reference which I will shortly follow-up on.

Regards
