Recent update to Hub 3, now internet keeps dropping out.

Hi, 

I have recently (christmas week) upgraded my hub 1 to a hub 3 and since this change my internet seems to drop out randomly for no reason what so ever, I'll be in the middle of something on WoW and my connection just drops out of nowhere and my ping skyrockets and then is disconnects me from the game completely, but onmly for around 30 seconds and then im able to get right back intop the game and it seems that all other applications on my network are having the same issue but i have only personally noticed this with the game im currently playing.

If there is anything that i need to provide then please let me know and ill provide it, I am currently using the hub3 in modem mode as i have my own ASUS RT-AC86U wireless router for the home. These issues still persist when using the hub in wireless mode without the wireless router so i know that the issue is with the hub itself.

It is very unlikely to be a faulty hub, but could well be power levels or noise issues between the hub and VM's network gear, or upstream capacity problems, which VM are struggling with in many areas at the moment.

Connect to the hub but don't log in, just click on the link "Check router status"  That'll bring up a window with five tabs.  All we need is the contents of the three titled Downstream, Upstream, Network log.  Open the Downstream tab.  Select all the text (Ctrl-A if using a keyboard), copy it (Ctrl-C), then paste it (Ctrl-V) into a reply here.  Post that, do the same for the Upstream and Network log.  You'll get an error message when you post the Network log, just click on "post" a second time, that's the forum software stripping out MAC and IP addresses.  Don't post as screenshots.

Then we can look for obvious faults.

When was the hub last restarted?  I ask because that sets the error counters to zero, and there's some issues implied in your numbers, plus a possible upstream noise issue..

The hub hasn't been reset in over 10 or so days I'd assume, that's the last known time as its when I got my new wireless router. Should I try and reset it?
