Your BQM image has not been approved because it showed your IP address. Best way of showing a BQM is to paste a link to a shared, live graph. The Thinkbroadband "share" facility removes your IP address.
I recommend you also post the hub's status data for Downstream, Upstream and Network log, and do that as text, not screenshots.
