Really bad lag

Hi,

Hoping someone is able to help me, I’ve recently moved to Virgin from TalkTalk and have had really bad lag and rubber banding since I’ve switched.

I’ve never had the problem with TalkTalk so I’m curious if someone can explain why it’s happening.

I've added my BQM below so any help would be great.

Your BQM image has not been approved because it showed your IP address.  Best way of showing a BQM is to paste a link to a shared, live graph.  The Thinkbroadband "share" facility removes your IP address.  

I recommend you also post the hub's status data for Downstream, Upstream and Network log, and do that as text, not screenshots.
