Please turn off your hub and turn back on after a minute. Then post a new FULL set of stats after at least two hours. This will show us the current situation. Please do NOT post screen shots, they are exceedingly difficult to read. Full instructions follow:

How to get stats from a VM hub (no need to logon to the hub)

Open a web browser and go to 192.168.0.1 router mode or 192.168.100.1 modem mode

  • Click on the “> Check router status” button
  • Click on the “Downstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply, do not take a screen shot
  • Click on the “Upstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply
  • Click on the “Networking” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply.
    • Do NOT post photos or screen shots they will be rejected as they contain MAC addresses. The board software will automatically change MAC addresses to **:** if done as above.

Hi @Shaf786 👋.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies in the delay in responding, are you still dealing with the same issues or do you require assistance? Can we also ask that you remove all third party equipment and run the same testing again and provide the results removing any Mac addresses. We can assist you further in a private message, which I can send now for any responses.

Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.

Thanks.

Sabrina

Hey Shaf786,

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment, I have looked into this and can see that there are issues with your downstream power levels that will need a technician visit. I can arrange the appointment from here but would need to confirm a few details via a private message, that I will drop over in a moment. Please look out for the private message and we can get started.
Kind Regards,
Steven_L

Sorry for late reply it's all fixed now fingers crossed your colleague sabrina had already booked me in for an engineer visit the power level were out of spec since the phone upgrade was moved over to the hub. He was here Saturday 23rd as you can see on bqm only one red line now but thats my schedule reboot of my router everyday

Thank you all for your help
