Port forwarding Hub 3.0

Is this possible still? Cause i really need to forward ports to host my own servers, particularly on games such as Minecraft, or having an open nat type on cod games.
I have attempted already to port forward 2 ports. 25565 and 80.
Gave my pc a static IP using mac address filtering on the DHCP screen. And when i use canyouseeme.org
It says connection timed out.

My settings and canyouseeme.org:

And before anyone comments about getting a third party router like netgear. Thats not something i can do right now, due to lack of any income of my own.

Re: Port forwarding Hub 3.0

For port forwarding to become active you must disable uPnP and firewall protection must be enabled.

Re: Port forwarding Hub 3.0

UPnP is already off. And firewall is on.

Re: Port forwarding Hub 3.0

Try with only port 80 and getting that to work to the server on port 80 with windows firewall.

Your option should you fail is to use modem mode on the PC for the server on that port.
