Poor connection and terrible wifi

Hi guys

at my wits end now. Since switching to virgin I have had nothing but trouble, and or faults. I pay for 350 package yet never achieve speeds over 200 except after a virgin tech have visited. It’s ok for a few days and terrible. I noticed it more playing multiplayer games and yet I always rubber band. I resorted to using my mobile data and it was actually better. Not sure if this will be sorted and I am paying twice what I paid talk talk and I get a poorer service. I shouldn’t have to reset my router up to twice to sort the issue with lag etc out.

How do I go about cancelling early?

Mainly wireless. But my gaming is set up using a cat8 cable. One weeks it ok the next is horrible. No consistency at all. Virgin has only recently been laid so not many in the area connected. It’s either a dodgy router or just poor service.
