Re: Ping spikes

HUB stats are ok so, looking at your BQM so far, I can only assume oversubscription/utilization:

Re: Ping spikes

so if its congestion is there nothing to be done ? I just upgraded to 350mb and might be in my cool down period so if they are unlikely to fix it I might be able to get out my contract before been stuck for 2 years.

It looks like a combination of congestion and a noisy line.

Report it to VM.

Re: Ping spikes

So virtual engineer says nothing they can do and its expected, so disappointing. Anyone has any luck getting these sort of things resolved.

Re: Ping spikes

The problem is the game I play escape from tarkov kicks you out if your ping is over 130 for a couple of seconds. If it was just for downloads etc then thats a different story but I have had better ping from 5Mb adsl lines.
