Ping spikes

I usually play cs:go and constantly the ping jumps up then goes to normal like few times per game. Its hard to play with these spikes.

I have rebooted the Hub, router, reinstalled windows and nothing. Also I did some test.

 

Be aware that since the COVID-19 lockdowns started there have been some residential ISPs experiencing congestions and slows internet.
That is due to residential ISPs networks not having enough bandwidth to properly serve their customers increased international traffic usage.

I've checked your test results and by the look of it the problem appears to be caused by your Internet Service Operator at home as they are adding random spikes of packetloss and high latency within their own network.

Make sure you are connected to the internet using cable ethernet wire (powerline/wireless/wifi connections are known to cause similar issues to the one detected here).

Based on the test result seems like:
- the connection between your computer and your router on 192.168.1.1 is experiencing packetloss
- your ISP is adding 205 ms lag spikes as early as 10.165.112.1

Please make sure you are connected using a stable and reliable connection (no LTE, no 3G, no 4G, no mobile hotspot, no tethering).

Additionally make sure you are connected to your router directly with an ethernet network cable (no wifi/no devolo/no powerline) and with nothing else in between your computer and your internet router.

If you are connected with network ethernet cable to your modem/router then you must contact your Internet Connection support and have them fix the issue.

You could contact your ISP support and send them this support request:

Apparently all my traffic is going thru congested hops or problematic network segments.

Basically what they told you there is spot on,

 

Virgin Media does not have enough bandwidth to serve this many customers online at one given time (even though they claim they do, they don't.)
