Post your hub's Network log, and set up a BQM. The BQM won't show anything much useful for 24 hours, and you'll need to post a link to a shared graph. A link to your logged in BQM page won't be visible to us, and screenshots are at risk of not being approved.
Looking at data already posted there's nothing obviously wrong, although the spread of power levels from 0.9 to 5.8 dBmV is approaching the practical limit, and there's breakthrough uncorrected (post-RS) errors on all channels. When was the hub last rebooted, as that's when the error count is from?
In terms of what you describe of day time latency and packet loss it might be this, but the BQM will tell us whether that is in fact the case.
