Ping issues, high jitter and packet loss

Hi,

I have been having issue with ping and packet loss during games, and ran a BQM linked here 

 There is something wrong, could you help me please?

Hi,

You have an issue with high amounts of post RS errors. Possibly due to a damaged cable or loose connections on the white lead coming from your wall. Check your cables for damage and make sure all your connectors are tight. If you do a pinhole reset on the back of your hub after that it will reset the numbers on your diagnostics and you will be able to see if there is any change.

Hi Lee, 

Thanks for the suggestion. I have done this and havent seen any more post RS errors. However, the issue with ping and packet loss still remains 😞

Not necesarily i get high numbers and high upstream that 7 techs have not resolved. I dont get when u ask for bqms either your techs dnt understand them let alone pre and post errors
