You have an issue with high amounts of post RS errors. Possibly due to a damaged cable or loose connections on the white lead coming from your wall. Check your cables for damage and make sure all your connectors are tight. If you do a pinhole reset on the back of your hub after that it will reset the numbers on your diagnostics and you will be able to see if there is any change.
