Ping fluctuations and packet loss

Recently my connection has had some issues, which I assume may be to do with whatever happened on 25/6/19 @ 11am.

My Broadband Ping - nighthawk

I haven't noticed a discernible impact on browsing, downloading or watching videos, but online gaming has been almost impossible. This BQM is from Friday 28/6/19

This is after a reboot 24 hours ago. Prior to that, the Pre and Post RS Errors were in the high thousands on all channels.

As I said, gaming is currently pointless having tried wired and wireless, connected through the router and straight into the modem.

Re: Ping fluctuations and packet loss

Despite no response on this forum, I believed that Virgin had fixed whatever issue was screwing up my connection because 4 or 5 days after I had posted, it was back to being stable. Fast forward 8 days and yet again, at some point in the mid-morning the connection just craps itself.
