Ping Spikes issue

Hi, I have an issue when playing online games. I mainly notice this with Warzone 2.0 I get rubberbanding and Lag. Ive done speed checks on speedtest and It says my ping is 17-20ms and download upstairs is around 500mb. When in game searching for a lobby i notice the ping ups to around 68-78ms

If you're playing games upstairs also wireless might well be to blame 😞

Using the VM Hub as a wireless router or your own kit?

Thank you for the reply. I have a wifi pod and use ethernet through it. 😕

Also Wireless router with a Wifi pod. I did buy devolo magic wifi 6 but they when cinnected done get above 100mb so i dont use them.
