Packetloss and high latency spikes every day for the past month

Living in rented accommodation and about ready to lose the will to live,

As i don't have the owners details to hand it appears i'm unable to speak to a human being to check if there's a current fault in our area and or to report one.

NN8 postcode, anyone on here at-least able to see if there's a fault in the area?

Re: Packetloss and high latency spikes every day for the past month

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community.

Have you already checked our service status page for any known area faults?

Is this through wired devices, wireless devices or both?

If your landlord is the one who is responsible for the broadband then they would be the one who would need to contact us for further investigation into the account.

Thank you, Emily.

No faults in area according to that yet after a conversation this morning finally there has apparently been a known fault due to last into next month since April, should I be concerned that it isn't showing as an area fault online?

If the area fault isn't too widespread it wouldn't show on the service status page but if you have the reference number for the fault any agent can provide an update for you when needed.

Thank you, Emily.

Just for reference as to how bad this has actually been, i started a monitor at approximately 10 pm last night.
