I have had massive amounts of packet loss, on ps4, xbox, and stadia is basically unplayable, all devices have been on both wired and wireless connection with no difference between the two, this has been going on since I had the new hub 4 installed.

I'm really sorry that you're having some issues with your connection since getting the new hub, this isn't good.
I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual.
I've had a look at the back end of things from here and I'm not seeing any issues jumping out.
Is this still the case since you posted?
Can you confirm that the hub is in an open space, not over heating and is in the upright position?

Go here https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality and click create a new monitor. Give it a name, type in your ip, fill out the rest and click create. It'll need to monitor for a little while to build up the graph. Hope that helps
