For the past week or so, every day there is packet loss on my line as can be seen in the BQM graph:
When i do a check on the virgin app, it shows the following saying that there is a service disruption in my area. Is this being worked on and resolved? Can anyone advise?
Packet loss on going today, can someone please advise whats going on?
All my line stats are in spec, there are no post errors or events in my network log.

I would advise that we do currently have an outage in your local area with the estimated fix time being 21/02/20 11:00

To keep up to date with an outage it's worth checking the service status website - http://virg.in/service or calling our Service Status Line 0800 561 0061.
This information is also available on our My Virgin Media application which you can download to your smartphone or tablet via Google Play or The App Store
When i check on there it says there are no outages or faults in my area. Its only when i do a line test on the app does it mention anything

When you go into the service status page have you ever logged in? If you log in you should be able to get up to date notifications on the fix time
From a personal point of view, I'd recommend using the app as it's quicker and easier to load up if you want to keep a closer tab on it
