Packet loss, ping spikes etc.. in most of the online games .. unplayable.

Hi, 

My issues with high packet loss started a while ago and never been resolved by virgin media technical support over the phone. They did offer me to buy one of the boosters to pay monthly .. that will be delivered to me next Friday but not sure how that is going to help me as it looks like is meant to boost your WiFi and not the wired connection.    

Network is wired straight from the router to my desktop PC so there is not an WiFi related issue.

I have tried different settings and tips over and over again but nothing helps .   

See router status, this has been reset to factory just hours ago.

Can I ask whether you're experiencing connection issues whilst not gaming or playing a different branded game on a different server?

Thank you for your reply,

I do experience this issues in different games and also different servers. I play FPS games like Counter-Strike Global Offensive, COD Warzone and Overwatch , I have a really bad experience playing any of them and especially Counter-Strike Global Offensive where I get constant stuttering every few seconds on every server that I play on.

It does happen to lose connection for couple of seconds while on the phone connected to wi-fi also but I`m not really stressed about this issue that much as it has not been that bad for general use, the issue is gaming where its really bad and frustrating.

I have tried to call Virgin trying to find a solution but they never been able to help me over the phone.I have upgraded to M200 thinking that is going to be a lot better but feels like is even worse then before, recently I have been recommended over the phone to use the virgin media booster kit which just got delivered today but doubt this will improve as I`m connected directly to the router by Ethernet cable.
