I put this under gaming, but it affects work as well as other things

Teams calls keep dropping or malfunctioning (i either get muted or everyone else gets muted)

Remote desktop sessions freeze interrupting my work.

Becoming a complete nightmare to do anything now this is what it looks like every day.

If one of those spikes happen while i'm doing something important then it gets messed up. Haven't tried gaming in a while but I intend to soon and i'm sure this will be an issue then.

You are having Docsis 3.1 channel problems on both downstream (error count, noise) and upstream (low QAM, low power, T4 timeouts).

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

Thanks for that Cardiffman, would the next call of action be to contact VM by phone directly mentioning this as the problem?

Yeah could do but check for local faults on 0800 561 0061 first.
